The warranty can apply to a wide range of restorative and cosmetic treatments, and we let you decide what this includes! We’ll go through the full list during onboarding to ensure your practice knows exactly what’s included based on your preference.
What happens if a patient needs a rework?
If a patient experiences an issue covered by the warranty, they simply return to your practice. You provide the necessary treatment, and we ensure your chair time is covered—so you never lose revenue on corrective work.
How can we be sure you'll approve payouts?
We've worked in the dental industry for many years and know that dental professionals take their work seriously. As this warranty is here to cover your reworks, lost chair time and other fees, we put complete trust in your clinical assessments and do not require you to submit scans and other data. We put full trust in all of our partners.
Does this create extra admin for my team?
No - Once you’re set up, the system runs effortlessly in the background. Patients opt in, and we take care of the rest.
What if my work never fails?

What support do you provide?
We work with practices from the outset to provide branded point of sales material and comprehensive training to ensure your practice and patients are all confident about what's on offer. We also create custom assets such as print works and video to help you market your practice to succeed.
How does SmileSafe benefit from this?
When a patient pays a small fee for their warranty, this provides them with peace of mind while allowing your practice to offer an extra layer of care without it costing you anything. We take a small percentage of that fee for overheads and the bulk is locked away and only accessible to cover your warranty claims.
